Gareth Hubbarde has turned his life around after losing his leg when he jumped in front of a train at Cwmbran Station

Gareth Hubbarde was left an above-knee amputee, but has recently started playing wheelchair tennis.  A former train conductor who lost part of his leg after stepping in front of a train is “living a completely new life” and awaiting the birth of a new baby.
